Individual Contacts SAW HFH by Phone or in person.

Individual given/mailed Housing qualification information, screening letter & Credit Auth.

Name, address, phone recorded in call log.

2.a.  Form Not Returned – YOU HAVE NOT APPLIED

3    Process a credit report to determine if your overdue debt and/or judgements exceed qualification limits.

3.a. Ineligible candidates are advised by letter they need to work on their situation and reapply.

3.b. Eligible candiates are asked to come into an application meeting.

4.Application Information COMPLETION at meeting /or/ by homework returned by applicant.

5. Family selection committee meets to verify application, conducts an in-home visit, conducts a background check and makes recommendation using SELECTION CRITERIA   

6.  Board of Directors accepts or rejects the application.
